Brilliant, quick and easy service. Signed up on Saturday morning, used my own postal service to cover the cost of the device (special delivery,) phone was received Monday morning, I uploaded a copy of ID and money was in my bank account by Monday lunch time. Really impressed, thank you.

I bought an S23+ from Meelie a few months ago after researching around and being impressed by their positive reviews. The phone was stated to be in 'Very Good' condition and I would agree that it was. There were a few tiny scuffs on the body which don't bother me as I always use a case. There were also one or two micro scratches on the screen that are only visible when tilting the phone at a certain angle but this is me nitpicking. After using it for a while, the battery isn't as good as a new phone but absolutely fine for a second hand device. The company kept me updated all throughout the order process and sent the phone by secure special delivery. I found the price reasonable and would highly consider Meelie for my next purchase. Sent a broken s21 ultra to webuytek, who quoted £120. When they received it they changed their offer to £21 because it was broken. I sent the same phone to meelee who quoted £100 and actually paid £100. Definitely worth a second opinion - better luck next time webuytek you sneaky chancers!
Excellent service. Posted the phone yesterday and received payment today, for the amount quoted. Would recommend using Meelie over other phone recycling companies because they offered the best price and it was a very easy process.
So fast. Sent phone around 4pm and paid by 2pm the next day with emails/texts updating me of what stage it was at.

Wouldn’t accept a brand new iPhone 16 pro max for no reason, the service was woeful, they asked me to provide a imei number, where the phone was bought from my address when the phone was bought, all this was provided then they turned around and said still not good enough, so wasted £11 on postage sending to them, the service was rude, I would avoid as it’s far from quick and reliable. Would avoid at all costs!!!
