Always been an excellent service. Much better than the sites that give you mega trade in “offers” then offer a much lower price. Meelie have always given me a price and stuck to it. Very quick payment as well. First class service and my “go to” for trading in my devices.

Received a generous (way better than some) offer for a well used phone. Communication was great and a really fast turnaround from sending it (Thursday) to payment (Monday) and even a courtesy call to advise payment had been made.

Sold an iPhone SE on behalf of my retired father and was originally offered £42, upon them receiving the phone he was then offered £5 due to scratches and cosmetic damage. Fortunately I had taken photos of the phone and packaging I it sent in so I have proof of how it looked before they received it. I was told to email them and they would get back to me when they could. Overall terrible experience so far and no signs of improvement. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Sent phone away special delivery and had my full promised payment within 24 hours. Would use again and highly recommend.

I traded in my s22 ultra with a broken screen with a different company however they refused it and sent it back. I then tried a trade in with Meelie and honestly the service has been brilliant, they confirmed receipt of the phone, accepted it and made payment straight away, the money was in my account within a day of them receiving my phone and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. Highly recommend and will 100% be using them in future.

Amazing company. I sold a 16 pro max to them on 2 separate occasions. Both times they received it the next day, kept me updated throughout the day and payment in my account by 4pm. No negotiations, no delays, amazing service.

Used the pre paid envelope provided by Meelie, the 48 hour service took over a week to arrive with them and when it arrived they claim the package was empty. Due to the postage being paid for and provided by them I have no rights myself, they have broken all consumer rights regulations are and still refusing to pay me even though legally they are required too.

The experience was excellent and the device was good as new
