My device was in brilliant condition with only minimal paint chipping on the camera surrounds (common) which would absolutely be considered as light wear and tear which meets the requirements for the condition selected. I was then offered nearly £100 less than what was shown at the time of submission. I have requested my device back and will avoid going forward.

Quick and easy process. Phoned collected from my house by Royal Mail (for free) on Friday and I got paid on Monday. Also worth mentioning i got about a third more than quoted on webuyanyphone.

I bought a phone for work and I use the phone to work. The phone broke and it's embarrassing. I haven't worked for a week.

The phone was delivered to them today, got a few emails which I replied to their request. I got the payment a few hours later, the same amount originally quoted.

This was my second time using Meelie Mobile, the full process was seamless. I was sent a QR code for the postage label which I was able to track. Meelie received my phone the morning after I posted and after a couple of checks (including me having to send photo ID) the money was in my bank account on the afternoon of the same day 😁 Also quick note - I used a comparison site and Meelie offered the highest quote!

Excellent customer service. When I sent the phone off I had forgotten to take the passcode off. They made contact to ask for it, the one I gave would not go in so I requested that they sent back. No questions asked, they returned the phone at no cost to myself. I unlocked the phone and then sent back….. all went through ok and payment the same day.
