This is the third or fourth time I have used Meelie and each time I have been really impressed with the service. I was kept updated at every point of the transaction and paid exactly the price I was quoted. Paid very quickly and I would definitely recommend Meelie.

Classic bait and switch. Was offered £446 for an iPhone 15, which was revised down to £334 due to some small cosmetic scratches on the very top of the case (nothing on the screen which was pristine). The counter-offer email indicated that phone was otherwise perfect. I did expect a revised offer as these trade-in companies play the same game. However, the scale of the drop was significant. When looking at refurbished phones for sale on their website they are selling iPhone 15s with my specs for over £700 - I appreciate they need to make a margin, but it feels a bit greedy to gouge that much from the underlying seller. I ultimately sold my iPhone on Vinted for £420 on basis that cutting out the resellers who gouge both the seller and the buyer is better for all. On plus side, they were very quick to return phone and good communication. Reference: W55AA061565

Have to admit I was dubious at first as they were offering £50+ more than MusicMagpie and Mazuma but sent my phone and got payment within 48 hours. Even got a courtesy call to tell me that my payment had gone into my bank. Highly recommend these guys!

Excellent and fast service

I posted my iPhone on Saturday via Royal Mail with the tracked shipping label emailed to me. iPhone arrived this morning and I received an email to say it had arrived and next steps were for the iPhone to be inspected. Less than 1 hour later I received another email to say the iPhone met the expectations and to provide ID for payment. I received payment into my bank account this afternoon. Very smooth process and no quibble over the price originally quoted! Fantastic :)

Amazing company. Amazing experience. Found biggest quote on the internet for my phone on this website and I had decided to give it a try and send my phone to them. Sent my phone and when i got an e-mail saying that they got it in 30 minutes they reviewed my phone and said that they will pay for it straight away and I should receive the money in 1 day on to my bank account . After 2 hours the money where already on to my bank account . Very happy with my experience with them . I 100% recommend it . Thank you.

No haggling and immediate payment received. Return packet and free return label received. Posted mid day Monday and payment in bank account on Wednesday. I did a review on the first part of the process earlier in the month.

Quoted £50 for iphone SE 2nd gen in good condition. Upon receipt changed quote to £6. Waste of time.
