This company will give you an excellent quote then fabricate fake issues and change the quote to a couple of pounds once they have your item, hoping you can’t be bothered with the return and just let them keep it. Disgusting business model. Don’t waste your time with these scammers. Just sell your items to real people on eBay or gumtree.
Very easy to use website and clearly explains the difference in conditions before you return. They received my package early on a Tuesday morning and I had payment shortly after lunch. Payment was the full amount quoted on the website. I got an email when they had received the device and they also called to let me know they had authorised the payment. Very good service and I’d highly recommend! Also very happy with the value offered for my old iPhone!

What can I say? My best experience with a phone recycler to date. I didn't chose the company with the best offer as from experience they offer a best price but then try to knock you down. So I chose Meelie. About 4th on the list. Still a good price. Sent phone Wednesday. It arrived 8.30am Friday. Had email asking for ID at 12. Paid at 4pm same day. Brilliant service from them.
