A very efficient service. No hassle. Free and easy to send off your mobile. It was received by Meelie today (I was informed via email) and I have already been paid the correct and quoted price! I was informed by email, text and a very polite phone call that payment had been made. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Great Buyer for second hand phones. Have sold 2 so far with meelie. Prepaid postage is great and from start 2 finish both times as soon a meelie received my phone it was checked and I received payment via bank transfer that same day. Whole process from posting to receiving payment was within a week. Highly recommend 👍

Great experience with Meelie Mobile. They quoted the best price and dealt with the recycling of an iPhone 8 efficiently. The price was a bit lower than originally quoted due to screen damage not visible to the naked eye, but they sent evidence of this and didn't knock the price down by much.

Excellent service. I sold my Samsung S23 Ultra on here with cracked screen. Meelie quoted best price so opted for them. Quick service, gave me several free ways to post, kept me up to date of when phone arrived at their depot and very quick payment straight to my bank account. Everything was so well explained and easy to do. My only thing is it would be nice to have a account option on Meelie Moblie so you can track everything rather than wait for emails. I would say that's more a preference thing though. Overall they did an amazing job, we're so quick to sort out everything. Parcel arrived on site around 8am. I sent required docs around 12 and received payment in my account by 16:00. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Will for sure use again in the future.

Quick and amazing service! I was super hesitant like many when selling here. I was kind of nervous when sending my phone, but everything went super smoothly. Was given the price on the quote I have received and payment was sent less then 24 hours upon receiving my device. Would recommend!

Pretty good service, there was a little waiting period where I didn’t receive any update whether the phone was received and waiting to be tested or whatever but overall easy to use.

Have used melee a few times now and have been happy with the service, but was disappointed last week when my partner asked me to sell his Apple Watch as he had bought a different one, melee made me feel like a criminal as commented that I had already sold 3 times to them in the last 12 months, I upgraded my business phone yesterday but have decided to sell on and now feel hesitant to use melee again 😞
