Brilliant service. I have used meelie a few times now. Easy to use no issues. No need to wait about for days on end. Sent it one day and arrived next paid same day. I sent it 4:40pm on a Wednesday. Arrived 10am Thursday and paid by 4:30pm Friday.

My Samsung A54 5G was in perfect working order. I just wanted an upgrade. I sent it in to Meelie, got an email back in less than 24 hours saying it was not working and it was being returned. I received it back and the note inside stated "non-EU"!!! It's a UK phone! So instead of advertising they only wanted EU compatible phones they just said it wasn't working. Have sent my phone elsewhere and got a better price so I guess they did me a favour. Not very professional I'd say!
Explicitly stated did not want data erased and only screen replaced. Failed to do this, horrendous communication if any and phone erased stating in small print. Take to your local phone shop and pay small extra. Also phone came back with scratches on which never had prior.

Purchased off line from 2nd hand store which my particular item showed as: SAMSUNG GALAXY S20 FE: refurbished, very good condition for £150. They even had it in my favourite chosen colour! Lilac! Perfect The company stated the condition of the phone as very good condition (other options being fair, good, excellent). I was expecting it would have chips and marks on it for the price but when it arrived it pretty much looked brand new, apart from a few faint small marks around edges, it was perfect. Highly rate these guys. Very happy with the phone I received! Will be using again in the future (hopefully not too soon as it only means one thing, my phone has been lost or damaged)! I ordered on the sat and received it thru the post by the monday, so was in my hand 2days later! They also Kept in touch with me throughout. Giving me updates of when they dispatched my phone etc. So overall, was a pleasant service throughout. Thanks guys A***** very happy customer 😀
