Service and quote was exactly as offered. Meele got my phone, checked it and paid the offered valuation into my bank account today. All in less than 6 hours. Very well done.
Super quick and free service. Hardest part of it was packaging up the old phone and sending it off. Had an email confirming receipt of the handset and then confirming I would be paid, the payment was already in the bank. Great service and old handset now out of the way. Brilliant

Meelie mobile is an excellent way to sell a used mobile phone from start to finish, they provide postage and let you track your package on its way to there facility and inform you at every step of your transaction. Really straight forward process. Opted for the freepost label option. Sent the phone off on Thursday, confirmed receipt over the weekend and payment received on Monday. Very fast! And they paid me the price quoted for a phone with a damaged screen which was nice, no cheeky attempt to take money off what wax offered. Very pleased. Would recommend and would use again.

What went wrong is that I sent nearly a perfect iPad to them which was on applecare from day one had a screen protector on it from day one on getting there they told me there was something wrong with the screen which was totally untrue and they offered me a £1.00 offer when i rejected this they told me that the offer had been rejected just after a few hours of receiving the email from them
