Dropped £26 off my original quote saying my phone had scuff marks around the edge. Sent me a picture that had been 10x magnified. Ridiculous. They said they had to be fair to the customer and the buyer. My phone had been in a protective case for the 2 years I had it. There was no scuff marks that could be seen to the naked eye. Any phone Magnified will probably show some marks that can probably be just wiped off. I took my partners exact same phone to a dealer in Manchester and they paid me double what I got for mine with these cowboys.

Perfect I accepted their offer for my mobile and was provided a link so I could arrange for collection by the post office who brought the label and affixed it themselves to my package. I had numerous reminders from Meelie to do so and whilst waiting for collection had a reminder too (they didnt know the collection date), Once received I had a message confirming safe receipt, a message confirming phone met expectations and a message confirming payment made. Phone collected Monday payment received Wednesday. Used for husband's phone last month and same process. Kept up to date though the whole process and based on confirming voicemail super customer service too should you need to phone.

Only knocking a star off as it was not clear there would be a PayPal surcharge before its selection as a payment option. I was able to email meelie and ask to instead be paid via a bank transfer which was a swift payment once the device was processed.

Everything was going so well....I placed a sell order through these guys printed off my label and sent the device off two days later I receive confirmation that they've received the handset and it would now be tested a few hours later I receive. Text saying I've been sent payment a few hours later again I receive a voicemail and a text saying I've been paid and still no money. So I wait for the next day to come round and still no money received so I call to enquire about this to be told there's an issue with the payment system and it won't be fixed till Monday very frustrating indeed. I guess we will see Monday if I actually receive payment

Quick and simple to use and receive money

This is the second time I’ve used this Company and the service is just amazing. They received my phone this morning and paid out the same day. You can’t ask for anything more. Absolutely amazing service

Posted the phone on a Thursday, the full asking price was paid into my account the following Monday. Brilliant service, would definitely recommend to relinquish old phones gathering dust.
