A phone trade in service you can actually rely on!

Gave quite a bit less than offered originally, I asked for paypal, but they sent a cheque which took ages to arrive and now will take a while to clear. Wish I'd gone with someone else as Meelie wasn't the highest offer but I wanted the paypal.

It was so quick and easy to fill out the forms online, send the phone off and the money was in my bank within a couple of days.

My whole experience of selling my old phone with Meelie Mobile has been excellent. The website was easy to use and postage quick to arrange. Most importantly for me they honoured the price originally quoted on the website, as I had previously tried to sell the same phone with Music Magpie who offered me a downgraded price which I disagreed with. Meelie Mobile's grading system was much fairer, they kept me updated when the item was received, and it was processed and paid by bank transfer the same day. I was unsure if it would be worth the risk and hassle of rejecting the Music Magpie offer, getting the phone posted back to me and then sending it to Meelie Mobile but I am very glad that I did and I will be using them again if I ever need to sell or recycle used tech.

Used Meelie mobile for the first time selling my phone. Was kept in the loop the whole process from receiving my phone, confirming acceptance of the phones reported damage, through to payment. Once my phone was received, it was inspected and payment made within 1 working day as promised. Great service, thank you. Will definitely be using Meelie mobile again and have already recommended them to friends.

Exceptional Service! I sold my iPhone which i knew was in poor condition and the price i was quoted was the price i was given. They didn't knock off any price and money was sent to my account within the next hour once i got an email they received my Phone. I also got a courtesy call just before then to let me know. Brilliant service and i will use again.
