Really straight forward process
Really straight forward process. Opted for the freepost label option. Sent the phone off on Thursday, confirmed receipt over the weekend and payment received on Monday. Very fast! And they paid me the price quoted for a phone with a damaged screen which was nice, no cheeky attempt to take money off what wax offered. Very pleased. Would recommend and would use again.
