Very helpful practitioner who listened and understood my needs. The only criticism is that I had wait 4 weeks to get an appointment.

Took time and really listened to me,

Not great service, told different things from different people. When I did finally get an appointment, I was told I had too many issues for the appointment and needed to rebook. It wasa very long process.
It nice for a change to no that someone was actually listening, rather than telling me how I am feeling.
The clinician was lovely but didn't seem to have any understanding of neuro diversity so her initial report was full of errors and misleading information. This was eventually resolved following my comments in response to the report.
Very well organised, clean and friendly. Unfortunately I was kept waiting for quite a while after my appointment time before I was taken in for my scan.
The lady was caring respectful and polite, very professional, and considerate.

The doctor was very relaxed and caring, therefore I felt relaxed. He didn't judge me and understood my condition and concerns. Wish there was more doctors like him.
My email correspondence sat in the mailbox for a week at a time before I got a response. Then again it was the call centre telephone number and collective mailbox each time spoke with different member of staff No direct contact number or email. This caused unnecessary anxiety and stress when dealing with case.

To be fair I have had 1 telephone consultation with Medigold,and i had my operation September13th ,I have a follow up in August..

My experience with Medigold very good under the circumstances, my Dr was understanding, patient, listened to me and gave me reassurance. I felt calm and able to discuss my issues with confidence.
Did arrive a little late the directions where not very clear. But the consultant was excellent we did get through all her questions and more hopefully Read my review which in my opinion was excellent for both me and my employer BT Hopefully we can work something out in the future and get me back to work with the recommendations that the report said
