Not a good experience, I had to chase for an appointment then waited over a week after I made contact, then another week for the report, but then there was few minor errors so asked for it to be amended was informed this could take another 20 days so I asked to cancel the amendments but was later informed it had already been done, got the report and it was exactly the same! definitely in need of improvements not even as simple as make a call as mostly done by email which takes time to get a response, need more availability, better form of contact rather than emails.

Medigold - I had an appointment to see a doctor through work for occupational health reasons. Doctor I spoken very polite & very good & report was accurate.
I had appointment with Dr Weadick, he was understanding, I always feel supported by him, plus he listens well.
Professional and thorough
It was a good phone call with a very nice lady, I came away from the call feeling that I had been really listened to and was looking forward to my workplace receiving the report. The only thing is, my workplace just tell me that they don't have to take any notice of what is in the report.
Good clinician. Unfortunately someone in your organisation released my report to my employer before the edits were done. This caused me a massive headache.

The clinician submitted an amended report without discussing with me. I asked for this to be looked into and nothing was done so I had no choice but to refuse consent. This has resulted in MAJOR problems my end that I'm still trying to deal with including now having to get my union involved, my GP involved and taking further action at work... it looks very unethical to make clinical decisions without speaking to the patient themselves!!! Couldn't be unhappier. Would give 0 stars if possible. I'll never trust Occ Health ever again.

I spoke with an occupational therapist who was very professional and also very sympathetic. She put me at ease from the very start of our consultation. I am awaiting a follow up appointment with a occupational health physician.
I have been waiting a long time for results of any type. Due to change of personell etc on your part, which is no fault of mine.I am now looking to close this episode as quickly as possible. It has been so long I am now struggling on half pay and would just like to get on with my life.
