The lady I spoke to was very professional and understood my recent absence from work ,she was very easy to talk to and reassuring. We spoke in depth about my illness and how Im coping. I was ready to return to work and we went through how I was to settle back in.

The medical advisor put me at ease and fully understood my illness she was supportive and gave excellent advice to help with my symptoms

Made to feel at ease when I arrived. Due to traffic and challenge finding the office, the were understanding and ensured I was seen as soon as possible. Made sure I was comfortable and informed me of all the steps going forward and what to expect.
Clinician is very polite, she understood my issues. I must say very professional.
