Engaging explanation of the dangers of substance abuse
I was listened to and able to explain my situation and the concerns I had. I was very pleased with the doctor who went through and allowed me to have my say after he spoke and asked the relevant questions and read back the report which he was going to send to my line manager. Keep up the good work as your support is imperative and helps us strengthen our case when put in a difficult situation.
The nurse practitioner seemed as if she did not like her job presented judgemental and weird during the assessment. Felt like I was having an assessment done by a mechanic robot. The write up just didn’t sit well with me felt off had negative undertone which I was not happy with and I did not consent to share with my job.
Was referred by my line manager for reasonable adjustments regarding some changes to my role at work. Spoke to a doctor or clinician, highly patronising & condescending, guy was totally uncaring, inconsiderate & quite dismissive of the reasons I cited as to why I was requesting reasonable adjustments. Confrontational & combative attitude contradicting almost everything I said & antagonistic! Agreed to send me a report via e-mail & has not done this, instead, sending a letter to my home address & I am now on annual leave that I informed him about dates, so am refusing to open until I return from annual leave! Obviously reflects his stubbornness & unwilling to listen, now I'm stressing about outcomes while on annual leave, horrible, awful experience! Have had to block your number as he tried calling me (again) when we didn't agree to this & have made a complaint to my line manager & our HR department & am now going to get the 'evidence' I need from my personal GP, nightmare!
I've had to have a few calls and every time I've been happy. I don't think theres anything you have to change.
