Excellent delivery for a product the seems to do the job very well. However, I was a little disappointed with the fit as the shape was not as comfortable as I hoped and was looser than appeared on sales pictures. Most important though s that it does the job.

Very quick delivery and the aircast has really helped the recovery of my wife's knee replacement.

Item was faulty and polystyrene balls had started coming out of the material, I asked for a replacement to be sent for then to be told I need to send the current faulty item back so they can check it before sending a replacement out but I have a snapped Achilles and I need the boot and materials inside until I had received a replacement, it just didn’t make no sense. Having a snapped Achilles is hard enough never mind having a faulty boot, this is my second boot I have had from vacoped and both have failed and broke. Just added stress to a bad situation.
