I found this company very efficient, they informed me that there was a slight delay in delivering my order, and contacted me again when it was on the way. I can't fault them.
No hassle ordering, got just what the Doctor recommended to help with my Carpal tunnel, comfortable to wear. Would have liked a choice of colour, but we can't have everything! Package arrived in a few days & small enough to fit through the letterbox. Good all round service - thank you.
The design of giving a choice to set the range of angles your leg can move in is great, it helps during the time when your leg can’t move in big angles but you can’t control it during your sleep.

I asked for samples of the Convatec esteem drainable bags that are not convex. I use the convex bags and find them good but the convex wafer presses in to my skin and I wanted to try the flat version. The bags I received are not anything like the grey esteem bags and have no viewing window. I will try them but am not convinced they will be a good alternative. The bags are a disappointment. The adhesive is quite different to the grey drainable bags and I had a leak. I don’t think these can be the bags I wanted samples of and they were not cut to the size I had asked for.

The Website was very slow and did not respond to selections so was confusing if selections were registered. The verification options were continually repeating choices without confirmation. Any payment option by card or PAYPAL was very pedestrian. I now have to contact by phone to complete order which defeats the object of online payment.
Sadly not what I hoped for when ordering! The garment rides up or down like a belt and doesn’t stay in place ☹️
