Easy order process..product as expected prompt delivery.

Unfortunately it appears that it’s not possible to get the right design of covers to replace the seat/back of my Aquatec Orca bathseat…(and what HAS come seems to be two identical backs). Non-returnable. Frustrating, but at about 10 yrs old no doubt it’s an ‘old design’. The seat still works well though.

Very quick with delivery and efficient

I had a total knee replacement last week, since being home I have used the Aircast knee cuff, the coolness is so soothing and a great help with the pain. The problem I have found that when it’s full it is not easy to walk around as it slips down. I was recommended by a friend to get this, it is so much better than messy bags of melting ice. A very good product.

The speed / time in which i received my order was excellent

Product was despatched quickly, Royal Mail delivery was disgraceful however. 48H tracked they refused to deliver the parcel, 'attempting' 5 times, when I received a plethora of other parcels in that times. Finally after 2 weeks I had to go an collect myself from the sorting office a totally battered and destroyed packaged parcel. Thankfully item itself wasn't damaged

I bought a wedge for my car seat to help my back, I’m afraid the product was rather poor quality and doesn’t really do what it is supposed to, it is too soft with cheap materials used.

inside pouch pockets do not fit the new updated size of the bags you need to redesign the shorts and get up to date with 2025 products

Ordered a "Replacement" inflator for an NHS issued Heel bed pad. Regrettably, it did not fit at all nor come anywhere near it, so I still cannot inflate my essential heel protector.
