First time customer with Medical Supplies, found them easy and straightforward to deal with,goods as described and fast delivery and good communication,

A sturdy, supportive item turned up, as hoped for, within time scale. The instructions were helpful on assembling the sling but we found them confusing about clipping its ring on 'above' wrist by a certain amount. Not sure why it can't be passed on...

It has certainly made my walking easier as my foot doesn’t drop so much which I think takes the strain off your leg. Have the clip that goes under my laces which is great when wearing trainers but am hoping there is another attachment for the foot so I can wear sandals too!

The product came quickly & by Royal Mail which we, living in a country district, find much more reliable than couriers. The product, a sheepskin for use in bed to protect the feet, is good quality & little different from a natural sheepskin, for practical purposes & it is washable although I have yet to do so. It has a deep close pile & although when unpacked is creased I found it only had to be bent the other way to lose the creases & lay perfectly flat.
