Poor, Very Poor, order placed 5 weeks ago for an item that the website advised 4 weeks, today i was asked what colour although I answered that question 5 weeks ago. Medical Supermarket tried to pass the error on to the manufacturer which was a lie as this was an error made by them, now being advised the 4week item that is late already will be another 5 plus weeks.

Having used Medical Supermarket as our main supplier over the last two years I have no complaints If there is an issue it is resolved quickly Would recommend

I work with Medical supermarket on a regular basis and find their service to be excellent. Their website is easy to use and offers fair pricing on a wide range of products. Staff are friendly and always happy to help with enquires of all sizes and complexities! Would definitely recommend.

Very fast delivery

Hi, wrong order sent, no fault of ours, made many high cost orders in the past month yet no discount or compensation offered making original order delayed, affecting our clinics. Also given indicative delivery times that change every week.

System is very good. Easy to order on line.

We have used Medical supermarket for a few years now and they are always promote with deliveries and keep us up to do with any delays. They have been very reliable during the pandemic which was good for us to know we could order stuff and it would be delivered on time

Customer service is always excellent. Prompt and polite with all enquiries. The last six months there have been some supply and delivery issues with numerous delays but this is usually notified as soon as staff are aware.
