Although the product sent was not as listed, this was made up for by exceptional customer service when I raised a query. As a result I will definitely consider using Medical Supermarket again in the future.

I have used medical supermarket for quite a few years, now. I have never had a cause to complain. The staff on the phone is so helpful when ordering items form you. It is also very nice to be able to get through on the phone and have a human being answer your call.

We had a meeting with Seb on Thursday who explained everything to us in detail. We then put an order in on the same day which arrived on the Friday......WOW never had a service like it!! Keep up the good work guys! We used to use several different suppliers (with higher prices) but now we will use Medical Supermarket for all our needs now. Very impressed.

We've been using Medical Supermarket as our main supplier of medical supplies for a number of years now and are extremely satisfied with the service. More often than not they are cheaper than other suppliers, delivery times are fast and whenever we need a specific item that may not be in stock, they go out of their way to give us an ETA and get items out to us as a priority.
