Absolute scam! Sent my phone which was in good condition received an email where price was reduced massively saying there are DEEP scratches on the screen. There are definitely not and I have photos of my phone to prove otherwise. Absolute con artists will not be using them again

Great company to deal with

Nothing wrong with the iPhone we sent, it has been in a case from new, tell us that the battery is less than 80% doesn't say anything about this when you are selling it. Offering 80% less than they said in the first place. Give it back you theives. NICE TRY 😂

i have used Mazuma Mobile a few times in the past, so decided to use them again, gave me a fair price for my item, item was sent on the Tuesday & by early morning thursday they had my package, by the time i got home from work on Thursday the money was in my account, happy days will use again

Mazuma is the best online company to sell to as the price they quote is the price they pay not like others once they get ya phone try to say has faults and offer lots less so then have to try and get your phone back.
