Family trip to Germany
Family trip to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria over 10 days. Rode LOTS of trains in our cicular loop from Munich north. Service was great on all 4 devices. Did alittle prep ahead of time on YouTube videos to get comfortable with settings on Google & Samsung phones. Will DEFINITELY use them again on next.trip!
Good bang for your buck
Good bang for your buck. Just a bit more complicated to install on android. Other than that worked really well.

No Issues for 6 Months!
Iβve used Maya mobile for almost 6 months now, in Austria, Czech, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Germany and so many more countries and I have yet to have an issue. After one of my 30 day esims expired I couldnβt find how much data was used in that month (so I knew how much to buy next month) and an agent got back to me in just a couple minutes.

Fantastic customer service from Hario
Fantastic customer service from Hario. I couldn't connect my Esim when I arrive in Greece, Hario was extremely helpful and patient with me (I am a technophobe) and with his guidance I was quickly set up and all connected. Highly recommend Maya, Thank you!

Good and cheap - what else is needed
We travelled to UK this April and just in case something does not work properly we bought e-sim from two providers - Maya and Airalo. Not only Maya was cheaper per 1GB, but it worked better as well. It connected to British network less than one minute after landing in London without any effort from my side - everything happened automaticly and really quick (with Airalo you have to change many settings in your phone manually and we needed customer service help online for that, so connecting took some 2h in our case, but they were really quick and helpful, this I have to admit). One more pros - I never lost reception with Maya in London and its close neighbourhood, what actually happened couple of times with Airalo. To sum up - Maya is cheaper, quicker and more reliable than competitors, what makes it perfect choice in UK.

This is the second time I have used Maya esim. Instant replies 24/7 always so helpful. I'm not great with technology, stress free and avoids extortionate daily roaming charges with 02. Highly recommended xx

A real support team standing by you
A hold support team worked to solve my issue with connection for a OnePlus 11g. It was not configured with the right APN from the operator. After quick response and suggestions from the support they came up with a workable solution and this solved the configuration issue.
