Family trip to Germany
Family trip to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria over 10 days. Rode LOTS of trains in our cicular loop from Munich north. Service was great on all 4 devices. Did alittle prep ahead of time on YouTube videos to get comfortable with settings on Google & Samsung phones. Will DEFINITELY use them again on next.trip!

Good bang for your buck. Just a bit more complicated to install on android. Other than that worked really well.

Bought four esims for four different phones. Two esims required customer service. To connect with an agent is 45 minutes and response times in chat varies between two and ten minutes. A painful painful experience. Likely spent eight hours altogether trying to get these two phones figure out.
