Family trip to Germany
Family trip to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria over 10 days. Rode LOTS of trains in our cicular loop from Munich north. Service was great on all 4 devices. Did alittle prep ahead of time on YouTube videos to get comfortable with settings on Google & Samsung phones. Will DEFINITELY use them again on next.trip!

Good bang for your buck. Just a bit more complicated to install on android. Other than that worked really well.

After using MayaMobile eSim without problem for 10 days, suddenly I could not connect to a mobile network. After raising my issue to the custmer service, I received a flash and attentive response. Problem solved! Five Stars to MayaMobile!

My SIM worked very well and admin was smooth. In retrospect I over-ordered (20Gb plan when I only used around 6Gb) so it would be nice to have some sort of refund plan eg if a customer uses less than 50%. Also compounding this was having to pay for 2 whole months when I only needed part of the second month. Overall though it’s a good product and did what it says on the tin

Ofrece muy buen servicio al cliente y tiene muy buenos precios. Una de las dos tarjetas funcionó correctamente todo el trayecto, aunque con cobertura a veces deficiente, la otra dejó de funcionar un día antes de lo que debía, también con una cobertura un tanto inestable pero cumplió su función.

Maya Mobile have exceptional. I purchased a couple of eSims whilst travelling around South-East Asia with my wife (Singapore 🇸🇬 , Thailand 🇹🇭 , Cambodia 🇰🇭 & Vietnam 🇻🇳). The network connection has not disappointed, I've constantly been connected throughout all 4 countries I've visited. I did have one issue connecting when I landed in Thailand. But the Maya Mobile customer service team were amazing and very helpful, the issue was resolved within 45 mins and I was reconnected. Thank you Maya Mobile. I will be using your services again when I next travel. 😁 My only plead, please look into developing an app for your services. 🙏
