Family trip to Germany
Family trip to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria over 10 days. Rode LOTS of trains in our cicular loop from Munich north. Service was great on all 4 devices. Did alittle prep ahead of time on YouTube videos to get comfortable with settings on Google & Samsung phones. Will DEFINITELY use them again on next.trip!

Good bang for your buck. Just a bit more complicated to install on android. Other than that worked really well.

Adequate service
I liked that it covered all the regions I visited. Sometimes the signal strength seems less by comparison to others. What I didn’t like was that I couldn’t SMS or take phone calls because people shied away from the fact that they were dialling to an “out of country” service (+48). Maybe I didn’t check the right box when I signed up, or maybe I didn’t use the service correctly. I found I needed to switch back to my usual mobile provider every now and then, which meant having to pay extra fees.

Daniel Sanchez was my support agent, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, my phone and carrier didn’t support the service, but the process of creating and selecting an eSIM with Maya was impressively quick and simple. Once the issue was identified and confirmed, the refund was issued promptly without any hassle. It’s a shame that my carrier isn’t compatible - if yours is, I highly recommend giving Maya a try. Thank you again for the excellent support!
