Family trip to Germany
Family trip to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria over 10 days. Rode LOTS of trains in our cicular loop from Munich north. Service was great on all 4 devices. Did alittle prep ahead of time on YouTube videos to get comfortable with settings on Google & Samsung phones. Will DEFINITELY use them again on next.trip!

Good bang for your buck. Just a bit more complicated to install on android. Other than that worked really well.

Maya responded promptly and provided the advice I needed to fix the settings problem. I also accidentally recharged an inactive card, explained the hiccup and they refunded the money with no qualms. Keep up the good work Maya

Outstanding support and response time
Big company - poor support? NOT with MAYA I am a business coach and I therefore tuned into customer experience a little - I have to say, sadly I dont expect much from Big businesses and less so from those in the telecoms/tech space ... HOWEVER Maya proved me wrong! I added data to a sim that was on an old phone and they had it sorted within minutes ( I actually realised wha I had done and bought a new eSim because I had a meeting, they responded and suggested we merge the data with the new e-sim!! showing they used thier common sense and expertise - I am very impressed indeed. Thankyou so much!

Excellent Service!
I traveled in Europe for two month through five countries. The European plan worked without a hitch each time. I signed up for a plan which included automatic renewal. When I returned home, I could not find on the Maya website where to cancel my auto-renew. The online agent helped me with that and also refunded the unused portion of my subscription. I will return to Maya each time I travel now. It is a great provider with great customer service.
