Family trip to Germany
Family trip to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria over 10 days. Rode LOTS of trains in our cicular loop from Munich north. Service was great on all 4 devices. Did alittle prep ahead of time on YouTube videos to get comfortable with settings on Google & Samsung phones. Will DEFINITELY use them again on next.trip!
Good bang for your buck
Good bang for your buck. Just a bit more complicated to install on android. Other than that worked really well.

Things that were Troublesome to deal with.
Note this wasn't just me but with another friend who had the exact same ESim Plan. The ESim was good for majority of my Asia trip, but one country. It worked really well when I was in Singapore and Malaysia. DOES NOT WORK IN Hong Kong and most likely China too. It because these country required you to send in your passport info before receiving data, it's by law no work away around it and Maya ESims Just "connects" into their network, so your are connect to the Network but you will receive no Data. Second thing is sometimes when entering a new Asia country you sometimes need to "reset" the whole Esim settings to make it connect properly, which you probably need to ask customer service how to do, in which they do help you within a couple of hours (like the do respond). Third is I sometimes notice that the "speed" is very slow to the point that it is 4G level. Texting is fine, but anything beyond is unusable, BUT this happen mostly closer to the end of my trip, don't know if it because the country I was in or just the "usage" of my data.

Refund for erroneous purchase
I bought 5 Esims and made a mix-up on how many days it should be valid for 3 of them. Got through on customer support chat and they refunded the 3, no problem. So I repurchased with correct days. Great service. Dette gjaldt for en reise til USA, kjΓΈpt fra Norge.
