Family trip to Germany
Family trip to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria over 10 days. Rode LOTS of trains in our cicular loop from Munich north. Service was great on all 4 devices. Did alittle prep ahead of time on YouTube videos to get comfortable with settings on Google & Samsung phones. Will DEFINITELY use them again on next.trip!

Good bang for your buck. Just a bit more complicated to install on android. Other than that worked really well.

Schlechtes Internet in Südostasien
Das Internet ist sowohl in Vietnam als auch in Malaysia langsamer als lokale Anbieter. Obwohl diese viel günstiger sind ( 10€ für einen Monat). In Indonesien hatte ich teilweise nur E-Netz, der Kundenservice hat eine Erstattung konsequent ausgeschlossen und nur Hilfe beim erneuerten eSIM konfigurieren angeboten. Meine Empfehlung, holt euch eine SIM vor Ort, günstiger und besseres Internet!

Questionable data and poor payment process
5 day/5GB of data plans (4 of them) purchased for 3 day stay in Cyprus. Maya claims that 3 of 4 plans used up all data within 36hrs. We were also charged for 6 plans up front. Refunded the one plan, still waiting for the other. They're quick to reply but also quick to deny. Buyer beware!

Just WOW
What a service! I accidentally ordered two E-sims i did not want, and i had problems with getting in my account. After emailing their support-email, i got an answer in 10 minutes! They helped me a lot and in 30 minutes i had my money back and i was able to get in my account again. I'm using Maya for two years now and it never disappointed! It could be a bit easier to install the e-sim (for a computer illiterate like me) but thats a small price im definitely willing to pay for the amazing service.
