Family trip to Germany
Family trip to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria over 10 days. Rode LOTS of trains in our cicular loop from Munich north. Service was great on all 4 devices. Did alittle prep ahead of time on YouTube videos to get comfortable with settings on Google & Samsung phones. Will DEFINITELY use them again on next.trip!
Good bang for your buck
Good bang for your buck. Just a bit more complicated to install on android. Other than that worked really well.

Non compatible phone refund
I ordered an esim card and only found out after that my phone is not compatible with esim. I was transferred to Novi (agent) and within minutes they issued a refund for me! Top customer service, very efficient and a seamless experience after all! Would highly recommend! π

Tutto perfetto! Usata in Asia, ho fatto Cina. Corea e Giappone. Sempre veloce e copertura sempre ok anche in zone più rurali! Consiglio di installarla nel paese di partenza così da non avere difficoltà . Per la Cina avevo anche la VPN compresa.
