Five different people working on my claim! I could not communicate with three of the five. If I was not able to answer the phone before they left a message I could not call them back to talk to them, even within two minutes of them leaving the message! When I left a message there was never a call back to me!!!! Any questions I had were never answered!!!!! Only Amanda L could I get any answers from. She was the only person could get a hold of, she was my 4th caseworker. Except for when she was out of the office I was move to Dave number five and he was reading my information as I was speaking to him! Amanda informed me at 120 days after the incident that I had 90 days to have my claim s finalized to receive the full claim. A condition was a policy report, of which took 6 weeks to receive from the police department, apparently leaving me 6 weeks to jump through all of the hoops involved with a claim. As my laptop was one of the items stolen, every thing with my claim relied upon electronic communication my claim was I feel doomed from the beginning! Because of the above circumstances my claim was 9 thousand and change, now cut to almost 50% of that figure and with no corridors open if I found missing items after the 90 days!!!! The system is designed to reduce the amount coverage, there for large amounts of compensation to the customer!!!!!! Reinforcing the general public view of the insurance industry!
