Terrible, and inexperienced adjuster...
UPDATE - I spoke with a member of senior management that did help move things along but after turning the file back over to the original adjuster things have been at a complete standstill again for over two weeks. My adjuster continues to ignore all forms of communication. They assigned a terrible restoration company that took weeks to begin work while my basement was full of water and mold after a flood. The adjuster does not communicate with me unless I file a complaint, it's been months now and I have a basement that's gutted and unusable. I have not been compensated for any basement repairs or personal items. The adjuster has continually made mistakes which keeps causing more delays. The adjust approved a list of items that were damaged and need to be replaced, sent a settlement offer, went silent for over a week then turned around and has refused to payout the settlement. I have called them at least 30 times in the last two weeks and they never answer or call back. Zero communication unless I file complaints, and when there is communication it goes no where as the adjuster keeps sending the wrong info or completely ignores import items. Initially when I filed a complaint I spoke to a manager and made some progress, now it's radio silence from everyone involved. They simply don't care about their clients.
