Excellent service by employees
I really liked working with people at Max especially the girl at the reception (sorry forgot her name), she was very empathetic. She then introduced me to Brody (claims adjuster) he was easy to contact and was able to answer most questions. The issue I have with this insurance company is the exclusions details which were not disclosed or explained to me by the broker. The sales agents just try to sell the insurance without giving proper information about what is and what isn’t covered. Yes I understand that it is the consumers responsibility to read the documents but we try to believe the brokers and that’s where It got a bit rough. Also, when a claim is required, brokers try to push the queries to the brokerage who then push them to the company. No clear process in the beginning which was very frustrating, later when I was put in touch with Brody, things got much better. Finally, the renewal process seems a bit challenging as the premium shot up approximately 4 times after a claim. To sum up, the service provided is excellent, the company should look into better communication between brokers and claim agents, may be offer more flexibility in products with clear terms and conditions, and it would really help if the renewal process after the claim is closed is better adjusted with market standards.
