High Level of Care from Amanda L!
Once my claim was moved to the care of Amanda L, the level of detail and communication was what is expected. She was prompt and thorough when responding either via email or calling. My initial start of the process was not anything to be happy about, being ghosted by Thomas for over 3 weeks. That is when I received an email that my file was being transferred to a senior adjustor. Since it is my first time going through something like this and not knowing what to expect, I want to thank Amanda L for what she has done for me and the level of care she puts forward!!
