Smaller size then advertised and poor devliver
Very misleading delivery dates on Material Market's website. Placed an order within the promised time for Friday delivery, but the earliest slot available was the following Tuesday. On that Tuesday, I had to call them, waiting 15 minutes, only to find out they wouldn't deliver until the next day. The decking boards I ordered turned out significantly smaller than advertised 125mmx32mm and received 115mm x 25mm and when I raised the issue, they blamed wood shrinkageβan ten millimetre difference this is not wood shrinkage, Despite promises to check with their supplier, I've heard nothing, leaving me short on materials. Disappointing and unreliable service. I would stay well clear to avoid disappointment!
