e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

Arrested and Frightened

I had the shock of being accused and then bailed (at 61) for the first time in my life. I spoke to Alex who listened and was as helpful as he could be in the circumstances. He spent time with me and at that moment of great stress helped me to realise I was not on my own.. Thank you.
