e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

Liam Kotrie and Nicola Tyers are indeed a combination that deserves a five star ***** rating. Their efficiency and attention to detail is second to none. They both are extremely approachable and always make you feel at ease when communicating with them. They take the time to answer any questions with patience and kindness, which helps you to feel comfortable with them, right from the get go. Nicola Tyers is one of the most hardworking and efficient young women we have dealt with in a very long time. Not only does she always go over and above the call of duty, but is always there when needed. She should be very proud of herself for having such a great work ethic, whilst also providing a very compassionate personal service at the same time. We would recommend Liam Kotrie And Nicola Tyers to anyone. Their excellent service is most appreciated.

Good and honest advice

We didn't collaborate in the end, as for my case it didn't seem worth the hassle. But the person i spoke to, was very informative and really honest with me, which was much appreciated, given that not everyone does it for free (at least the initial advice one wants). I could recommend, only because honesty to me nowadays is hard to find and everyone sees you as a bag of money (which they didn't).

I was at a very low ebb

I was at a very low ebb, and worried behond belief, the conversatoion with Alex Chowdhury was to the point and extremely fair for my situation Alex Chowdhury could have easily talked me into singing up the company but no he was measured and non judgemental, and convinced me to just sit tight and wait, and for this id like to thank him, I came off the phone after conversation feeling alittle calmer

Very helpful and efficient

Mary Monson Solicitors were helpful in the lead up to our case at youth court and their staff and website provided lots of useful information. We met Chris on the morning of the hearing and he ensured that he gave us a clear understanding of what would happen, efficiently took a note of our son's situation and presented these facts well in court. Rebecca and Chris both helped our experience go as smoothly as possible without any additional stress. We would use Mary Monson again if ever the need arises. Thank you.

Initial contact information

I spoke to Liam regarding a family matter and in the first instance he was very reassuring calm and respectful. He listened attentively and then gave some sound initial advice and avenues for myself to look into and as a consequence, I found myself much less stressed out. Just getting the information I required and knowing that I was on the right track was worth its weight gold.
