Mr Nick Ives was very helpful, supportive and empathetic. When one gets caught up in legal issues for the first time, it can become disorienting, frightening and distressful, very fast. Most lawyers we met with, would try to take advantage of the situation by trying to engage you in unnecessary and precocious commitments and payments, all while not even trying to explain exactly what was happening in a language accessible to lay people. Mr Nick was the exact opposite, all the while being professional and knowledgeable about the issue at hand.
