The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.
Whilst finding oneself in a position I have never been I before I called Mary Monson solicitors and spoke to Bridget who put me though to Matthew who was most helpful he listened to me and came to the police station with me I took all his very good advice and now it’s all sorted and all charges have been dropped and my ‘record’ has nothing on it so I am happy It’s finished with but disheartened that someone can make up lies about you that are untrue.

I was falsley accused at a time when I was on lockdown at a friend's home. I had discussion with my wife about attending for a voluntary interview at the police station with no solicitor. After reading information on the Monson Solicitor's website about the 'voluntary interview process', we decided against going alone. We contacted the firm and we were allocated Liam Kotrie to handle our case. This was a difficult time for my wife and I as the Covid situation prevented an interview straight away. After waiting for 5 months, we eventually had a date for attendance. During the waiting time, Liam (and Thomas, the paralegal) kept us informed of what was happening. Every time we contacted them, they were quick to respond. We had built up a trust relationship with Liam and his team during this time. When we were told, therefore, that Liam would be unavailable to attend the interview due to annual leave, we were devastated. Liam sought to put our minds at ease saying he was recommending a trusted colleague to attend the interview with me. We were able to meet with the trusted colleague, Graham, via Zoom beforehand. When he attended the interview with me, he instilled me with confidence in his ability to support me on what was to come. I came out of the interview with confidence that I had been supported and represented in a totally professional manner. We heard today that the case is not going to be taken any further. Even though my wife and I had debated in the beginning about using the firm due to cost, we totally believe that every penny we spent was well worth it.
The guidance and care of the solicitors helped me through the most difficult and complex time in my life so far. They made me feel less alone and I had the strong sense that there was a team behind me. They helped me secure the result we were after.
I would recommend Mary Monson solicitors. They supported us greatly at a very difficult time. Both Liam and Chris were very professional offering their expert advice and knowledge throughout our time spent together. I would truly like to thank them both so much.
Alex Chowdury was extremely professional and helpful when dealing with my case, especially as I had never been in a situation like the one I faced. His advice and reassurance led to a very quick conclusion of my desired outcome.
I cannot praise Graham Rishton enough for all of his continuous help with resolving a historical matter.

I Complaint to their complaints manger- Julie Stonehouse. She doesn't even care! Hardly any response and I have now taken to the higher authorities.
More to follow on this review, I'm even surprised can even operate as a firm in a regulated environment!
