HORRIBLE! IF ONLY I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR CONVEYANCING SERVICES. I Complaint to their complaints manger- Julie Stonehouse. She doesn't even care! Hardly any response and I have now taken to the higher authorities. More to follow on this review, I'm even surprised can even operate as a firm in a regulated environment! Incompetent staff, many mistakes in my house buying process and I think every one should know before they deal with them!
