e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

This was one of the most complex cases… How do you get a Mandatory minimum five year sentence reduced to being a free man

This was one of the most complex cases I’ve ever known to come to court in that My Barrister was breaking new ground every step of the way.Given the fact many barristers before and failed to achieve anywhere near what mine ,Going from a Minimum five year to 10 year sentence is outstanding As he continuously push the envelope in a brilliantly calculated and daring set of moves, I really don’t think if I’d of gone with anyone else, Well I know I wouldn’t of achieved the result of me being a free man now.I must also thank my solicitor and the judge on the day who made the right decision I was brave enough to make this judgement and to see justice done thank you all so much.

Excellent firm, trustworthy and professional would highly recommend.

A cannot thank Liam Kotrie and Thomas O’Brien enough for their help with my case.They were extremely professional and helpful. I was charged with a motoring offensive that was likely going to result in roughly a 17 month driving ban along with my driving licence being revoked. I had never been in this kind of situation before. As you can image this was very upsetting and terrifying for me. I had no idea what to expect. When I approached Mary Monson Solicitors I was directed to Thomas. I explained my current situation to him. We then arranged for a Zoom meeting with Liam. Both Liam and Thomas were very proficient and friendly. They both taken on my case and worked to reduce my ban as much as possible. After representing me on my court date Liam managed to reduce my ban to 12 months and my licence was not revoked!. Both Liam and Thomas worked extremely hard for this result and I cannot thank them enough.

Great Law Firm!!

Great Law Firm!! Highly recommended. I have been using Mary Monsons for a long time now. They are a professional and caring company. No Task ever too big. I have been dealt with by Many Staff Members but I would like to make a special mentions to the following staff. I was falsely accused of a terrible…

I was falsely accused of a terrible crime and sought the assistance of Mary Monson Solicitors. I was put in touch with Nick Ives and Alex Chowdhury who handled things for me. These guys quickly took charge, talked me through what to expect and reassured me that while there are never any guarantees this would likely be over fairly quickly. It played out exactly as they predicted and the matter was positively resolved in a few weeks. I cannot recommend these guys or this firm highly enough.
