e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

After contacting multiple solicitors across the Midlands and further afield I knew Mary Monson’s were the ones to represent me. From initial contact (on a Saturday!) to representation in court they have been amazing. From Nicola and Joseph to the ladies on the phone I can’t recommend enough. 5 stars all around!

Chris represented me in court for my assault case that had lasted for 6 months. He was very helpful from start to finish, providing me with clear and thorough explanations and expectations for the outcome. He was very understanding, nonjudgmental, and quick to get back to me if I had any questions. Even with all the worry and anxiety that comes with dealing with something like this, I always felt better after speaking to Chris knowing that he was fighting for the best outcome for me. The end result of the case ended up better than what he had even prepared me for, as I had expected a community order and ended up with just a fine. I was very pleased with his efforts! Thanks to Chris and the whole team at Mary Monsons!

First class from start to finish.

I can't fault the service and the help they gave me at a very difficult time. From day one i was treated with dignity and respect.Thomas O'Brien was there from the start,always available and helpful. Latterly Graham was excellent,again very respectful and reassuring. I hope never to have to use them again for obvious reasons, but if i'm ever in need of a solicitors in the future there will be no doubt i'll choose them.Thank you all for your help. Mary Monson Solicitors is a firm that is trustworthy, professional and full of Immensely skilled people who really made the difference through what was easily the hardest time of my life. Dealing with a wrongful accusation is by far one of the scariest experiences I could have imagined. No matter what the situation is you are immediately up against a well oiled machine that is the police and prosecution that often seem to not care about right or wrong. Right from the start all the staff here were professional and reassuring, guiding me through the whole process and fighting my corner at every step, you really do feel you have the whole team behind you and this makes a huge difference. In particular Thomas O'Brien, who'm I was lucky enough to have take on my case. Thomas is resourceful, professional and tenacious whilst maintaining a calm and reassuring manner throughout. He went above and beyond finding important details of the case and making an effort to keep me informed along the way whilst answering all my questions. Thomas's calm and methodical attitude to sifting through what was a very complicated case made the difference and I felt throughout that I had the best people possible behind me. He is capable of dealing with both the police and prosecution and also working closely with the barrister to highlight all issues at court. Thomas O'Brien is a credit to this law firm and to the profession itself. With the help of Thomas and all the staff at Mary Monson solicitors, including their excellent choice of barrister we were able to get all the evidence needed together and win my life back. I hope you're never in a situation to need this, but if you are do not hesitate to contact this firm, I only wish I had sooner.

Claire Cable Review

Following a criminal investigation I sort the advice of Mary Monson Solicitors and had the pleasure of being introduced to Nick Ives, I have to be honest I did look and speak with other Solicitors to make sure that a good client relationship could be had, after speaking with several solicitors, it wasn't a difficult decision to appoint Nick Ives to deal with my case. Not only is Nick incredibly professional, honest and personable but he made me feel like my case was a the forefront of his mind. Nick has a calming approach which helped me greatly and gave me the confidence to tackle what was ahead of me. Nicks honest advice and genuine kindness helped me and I honestly do not think I would be in the position I am without his professional support. Communication was key for me and he was available 24/7 for any questions I needed answering or just for a calming pep talk. I can't recommend Nick Ives enough. Nick also instructed an amazing barrister to represent me in court who again was so professional with bountiful knowledge and again was personable and explained things in layman's terms not legal terms, my barrister chosen by Nick was a great fit for my case and supported me 100% during court appearances. Mary Monson were efficient in sending me legal documents and dealt with administrative issues with ease and efficiency, very professional. I can't recommend Mary Monson and especially Nick Ives enough for the professional and personal service they have provided to me, huge gratitude goes to Nick of course. Highly recommend.
