Following a criminal investigation I sort the advice of Mary Monson Solicitors and had the pleasure of being introduced to Nick Ives, I have to be honest I did look and speak with other Solicitors to make sure that a good client relationship could be had, after speaking with several solicitors, it wasn't a difficult decision to appoint Nick Ives to deal with my case. Not only is Nick incredibly professional, honest and personable but he made me feel like my case was a the forefront of his mind. Nick has a calming approach which helped me greatly and gave me the confidence to tackle what was ahead of me. Nicks honest advice and genuine kindness helped me and I honestly do not think I would be in the position I am without his professional support. Communication was key for me and he was available 24/7 for any questions I needed answering or just for a calming pep talk. I can't recommend Nick Ives enough. Nick also instructed an amazing barrister to represent me in court who again was so professional with bountiful knowledge and again was personable and explained things in layman's terms not legal terms, my barrister chosen by Nick was a great fit for my case and supported me 100% during court appearances. Mary Monson were efficient in sending me legal documents and dealt with administrative issues with ease and efficiency, very professional. I can't recommend Mary Monson and especially Nick Ives enough for the professional and personal service they have provided to me, huge gratitude goes to Nick of course. Highly recommend.
