e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

Reassurance and definitely a personal touch

Before I first contacted mary monson solicitors I researched and researched to find the best representation for my daughter. After initial contact I was quickly responded to by Jamie Dickson. And shortly after a zoom meeting was set up with Liam kotrie one of the solicitors. He was very proffesional with a very caring attitude which instantly set me at ease after the panic I was experiencing. My daughter is an adult and sought representation elsewhere due to other personal influences. When she came to me distraught thinking she had made the wrong decision I again contacted mary monson solicitors. Again they were gracious enough to set our minds at ease about the process we are going through. The court case is still going on and I wish they were our representation. Thankyou though for all your input you went above and beyond even though you didn't have to. If I was to recommend a firm it would be yours.

Fantastic service!

One goes about life hoping one wouldn't need the services of a criminal defence law firm, but life happens sometimes. I was charged with a criminal offence and I chose Mary Monson as my solicitors. Mr. Nick Ives was my direct contact, and he was amazing throughout what was an arduous process. Mr. Ives was very patient and reassuring. He didn't drown me in legalesse, instead, he explained what is a complex legal system in very simple terms. Throughout the whole process, I felt cared for. Beyond being my solicitor, Mr. Ives showed genuine care about my wellbeing. I was found not guilty and I cannot thank Mary Monson enough. I hope you don't need a criminal defence law firm, but if you do, Mary Monson would be an excellent choice.

Enquiry criminal defence

I called Mary Monson as an enquiry and the moment I connected I felt at ease. I spoke with Caitlin Watson-Scoley and she immediately conversed with me, understood and listened with empathy. Eventhough I called as a family member to gain advise for someone on remand she took her time in explaining how things could be done. We are being represented by legal aid and without being disrespectful we do not feel the representation is supporting us in the way we need. Unfortunately after evaluating our financial affairs, we couldn't proceed with the firm. However I could tell Caitlin was eager to support us and wasn't in this just for the numbers. Thank you and Nick Ives for taking time out to connect with me.

My solicitor “Nick Ives” has guided me through the process from start to finish, he has helped me with all my low points with complete professionalism. I have been able to Contact Nick 7 days a week (days & evenings) & he always has time to listen, advise & guide. Fantastic company

Fantastic company, fantastic communication skills, I am so happy I used this firm to resolve my matter in question. I would definitely recommend especially Thomas O Brien as a solicitor to use during any criminal matters you may face, down to earth genuine man who you can actually speak to, and does not use jargon that you would not understand, and he actually cares and is compassionate to his clients.
