In November 2018, I was arrested for a false allegation of rape. This allegation destroyed my life for nearly 4 years. It had a profound effect on my wife and family. My first encounter with Mary Monson Solicitors was when I had my initial meeting with Mr Graham Rishton, he provided me with excellent advice and guidance. During the duration of my case, I was always kept updated at all times and the firm was very accommodating. My case was forwarded to his colleague, Mr Thomas O’Brien. Thomas immediately contacted me and went through everything regarding my case. He also kept me updated with all communication with my barrister, Mr Kevin Saunders. Mr Thomas O’Brien and Mr Kevin Saunders have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to express arguments and ideas clearly, with an analytical mind and a logical approach. They both had the ability to advocate for my best interests.
