Enquiry criminal defence
I called Mary Monson as an enquiry and the moment I connected I felt at ease. I spoke with Caitlin Watson-Scoley and she immediately conversed with me, understood and listened with empathy. Eventhough I called as a family member to gain advise for someone on remand she took her time in explaining how things could be done. We are being represented by legal aid and without being disrespectful we do not feel the representation is supporting us in the way we need. Unfortunately after evaluating our financial affairs, we couldn't proceed with the firm. However I could tell Caitlin was eager to support us and wasn't in this just for the numbers.
