e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

Jamie Dickson was from the very…

Jamie Dickson was from the very beginning of meeting her in the early hours of the morning at a police station was both professional, courteous and ready to answer any questions my son and I had for her. This was a very difficult time for us as a family having never been through the system before. Jamie answered all emails promptly and honestly answered all questions that we had for her. Jamie was diligent at all times and treated us both with respect and dignity. The case was dropped due to allegations being unsubstantiated however without Jamie by our sides it would have been much more daunting! Thank you Jamie! I would highly recommend the services of Mary Monson Solicitors in particular Jamie Dickson.

Having struggled with a couple solicitors beforehand, we decided to go with Mary Monson where from the off I felt supported and heard. My solicitor, Alex Chowdhury, was always on hand to answer questions and queries and give much needed support during a long and difficult time. He worked meticulously through the evidence and with me to put in the groundwork before trial and selected a great barrister who suited our case. This meant that during the trial we felt in safe hands. My solicitor was great throughout the trial giving genuine support and strong guidance. If I hadn't decided to go with Mary Monson I would never have felt as secure in achieving the right outcome, which together we did.

Supportive and effective legal assistance

We found MM to be very helpful at a hugely difficult time. Communications were regular and informative. They explained the legal process and answered questions whenever we asked. The found the most suitable barrister for the case and worked with them as a single team. This gave us the best chance of the right outcome (which fortunately was the case). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing legal assistance.

Excellent, attentive service.

As soon as we instructed Mary Monson to represent our son (20) we felt supported and reassured that a positive outcome might be possible. Their professionalism coupled with a much needed personal approach was invaluable. Emails were responded to promptly, Questions answered honestly and the seriousness of the situation was acknowledged but we were never made to feel that it was hopeless. The suggested barrister was perfect and the relationship between the 3 parties, us, our solicitor and our barrister was excellent. While the trial was without doubt the most stressful week of our lives, we felt supported and confident that we had the best possible legal team. Our solicitor was so supportive of our son, ensuring that he felt prepared and as confident as possible for his time in the witness box. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
