The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. When I unexpectedly found myself in a spot of legal bother, Alex Chowdhury was professional and reassuring throughout and helped the case get dropped with no further action being taken.
The solicitor I had was amazing he had me in and out of my interview within 2 hours and it was early in the morning he kept me in the loop I highly recommend Mary Monson to anyone easy to get in contact with will never use another firm again.
After an allegation was made against me of child cruelty by an ex member of my staff I instructed Mary Monson Solicitors to act on my behalf. I spoke with Alex who had taken on my case and I really cannot speak highly enough of him.
He is courteous, diligent, compassionate and worked methodically and meticulously to fight my corner. He was able to see past the allegation for what it was, treated me with respect and dignity and like another human being going through a really terrible time. We even managed to laugh together, when in a dark place and period where it very much felt guilty until proven innocent and where support from the agencies who were involved was lacking. I really do feel in the metaphorical sense feel that he held my hand and kept me sane throughout the horrible ordeal.
Ultimately the case was dropped, due to the allegation being unsubstantiated and the police took no further action.
I never ever wish to be in such a position again as the impact this has had on myself and family has been life altering, but if I were I’d choose Alex time and time over.

Very professional down to earth solicitor who run rings around the police officer with a unfounded accusation.

I phoned and told them i had a court date and was promised a call back which never happened i then emailed and a jamie who was assigned to my case has decided to go on a week long course knowing is i have a court date in 4 weeks time and that's more important then the well being of his clients
Ive received no help they've made my depression and anxiety alot worse ad they keep making broken promiees
I highly suggest you use these solicitors if you want your time wasted and your mental health worsened
What can i say.
Fantastic from start to finish.
From looking at a custodial sentence, the mitigation set up by Caitlin Watson-Scoley and presented by Will Smout to the judge was able to get me a suspended sentence.
I have had this over my head for nearly 4 years. With contant delays and dates being changed and trials and sentencing moved and adjourned, every step of the way i was reassured and kept informed. I was never given any false hope due to the seriousness of the case. But was always told that they would aim and try their hardest to get the sentence suspended.
Everytime i needed to contact my solicitor was met with an immediate reply.
No question, no query was ever too much, whether by email or phone call, Caitlin was always available. And that was a constant relief leading up to the sentencing.
I honestly couldnt have hoped for a better firm or a better solicitor to represent me.
The fixed payment at the start was beyond worth it. The attention and care shown towards my case and me was first class and most likely more than what i had paid for.
I hope to never be in the situation to ever need criminal solicitors again, but if i did, i know i will always be in safe hands and whatever is the best outcome, they will succeed in getting that for me.
I fully fully recommend Mary Monsons and a special mention will always go to Caitlin. What a fantastic solicitor. The human and considerate side to her was just as important as her qualifications as a solicitor.

Alex & Caitlin were simply exceptional and their tiresome effort and hard work ensured we got the best possible outcome given the situation we faced.
