Jamie Dickson was from the very beginning of meeting her in the early hours of the morning at a police station was both professional, courteous and ready to answer any questions my son and I had for her. This was a very difficult time for us as a family having never been through the system before. Jamie answered all emails promptly and honestly answered all questions that we had for her.
