Tristan was great to deal with, and very knowledgeable I got a text confirmation on receipt of my watch as soon as it arrived and confirmation that everything was in order just a few hours after that. The price I was paid was significantly higher than the other offers which I received. Money was paid into my account the same day. Would defo use again.

I was in need of a rare and discontinued bracelet for a watch used daily for a specific work purpose. Tristan was able to source the bracelet I needed and offered it at an extremely reasonable price, all achieve over the course of a weekend. Comms were exceptional and between Tristan and Jay, I had a confirmed order on the Monday, which was subsequently received on the Tuesday. Bracelet was as described and well packed. I literally couldn’t have asked for a better service from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Mainspring again, or to recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reasonably priced, first class service.

This was the first time I had sold a watch before and Mainspring watches couldn't have made it more accommodating. I was nervous about posting my watch for inspection, so I drove to do it in person. On meeting the faces behind the name, I couldn't have felt more comfortable leaving the watch with them to inspect. The watch I was selling needed a service which affected the price they could offer me for it, but they took the trouble to call me yesterday (a week on from our business concluding) to say that the service cost less than they expected and paid me a further £80!! Genuinely good people providing an honest and professional service. Wouldn't think twice about working with them again. Thank you Mainspring Watches!

Tristan went above & beyond & was able to source the required links in great condition and at a very reasonable price. Communication was absolutely top notch despite the massive time zone differences between the UK & Australia. Replies were always prompt, engaging and you can just tell how passionate he is in every message you get. When the links arrived they were seriously well packed and in amazing condition. I was looking to sell my Tudor watch, with not selling a watch over the internet before always done F2F sales, I was a little nervous. Tristan from Mainspring Watches was great to speak to always responsive even late in the evenings, made things easy from start to finish of selling the watch and explained the whole process, from start to finish of the process was 2/3 days and am very happy with the service. Spoke with Jamie looking a particular strap that Mainspring are stockists of and had a seamless service from start to finish… the strap arrived in a matter of days and was updated at every stage. I definitely recommend and will be returning again in future.
